Late payments may result in:

• Suspension of project work

• Additional late fees where applicable

All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Revisions

Projects may include a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed terms may incur additional fees.

6. Cancellations & Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement at any time through written notice.

If a project is canceled after work has begun:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date

• Orange 26 Design Studio retains ownership of any unused or unpaid concepts and materials
